Louis is an entrepreneur and owner of DLBLF Financial Counseling. Louis has served in various communities but calls Gardena home. Louis has helped several other entrpreneurs and local businesses with policy implementation, business credit and automation to prepare for them for success. Louis also proudly serves as Business and Economic Development Commissioner for the City of Gardena.

Joanne has served in the real estate industry for 20+ years for the local ,state and national Association of Realtors on numerous committees. Joanne is the Broker/Owner of JB Real Estate & Investment, Inc. Established in 2011. Servicing, Sellers, Buyers, and Investors. Joanne is also a Rent Mediation Commissioner for the City of Gardena.

Ed Oyama is the owner and founder of Super Simple Marketing. He is a local business marketing specialist and loves helping small business owners get new clients, customers and patients.
He’s helped businesses around the world get found on Google and social media, and use simple systems to connect with potential clients.
He is also the President of the Noon Networkers chapter of Business Networking International, and the Key Club advisor for North High School’s Key Club.
Established in 1933, the Gardena Valley Chamber of Commerce organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the City of Gardena.
